I wonder if anyone has ever realistically gamed out how just how big a mob it would take to get into someplace that well protected.

Not like when the 3 y/o ran through the fence or anything, like to brute force inside the actual important side of the Whitehouse.

It’s nothing like the Capital building, that’s for sure.

My guess is that it’s much smaller than most people would think. If you could get 1000 protestors to split up and block key access routes, you could probably take care of things with 100 well trained soldiers, maybe even less. The key is to distract with the protestors, get police busy on the other side of town, then when everyone is looking at that, smoke out and rush, breach with TATP, and storm. Those floor plans of the WH that just got leaked will probably be helpful.

Really the best time would be during the first big snow storm in DC where the traitor is in house. Visibility on cctv and other surveillance will be unreliable at best, road conditions will slow any response. Tracks will most likely all be covered by the morning. You can cover your face and wear multiple layers without raising suspicion. In that case just breach and storm with 100-200 men from all angles, rig any helicopter pads and roofs to blow, although weather will make it difficult for a helo as well. Try and post 5-10 man teams on any of the evac tunnel exits that you know of from the WH. Once the mission is done disperse out into the storm and disappear. Oh yeah, no fucking cell phones, as if that needs to be said.
