I’m sorry but I can never see things like this as uplifting.
What would be uplifting is seeing “previously underfunded school given enough financial resources by government so they don’t need to rely on charity for basic functionality”

None of this should be necessary in the first place. I see the positive part, sure, but it’s a silver lining on a turd of a government that made this necessary in the first place
