People don’t want to be friends with law enforcement when they see law enforcement disregarding all civil rights of their fellow citizens. It doesn’t matter if you specificially do that or not.
Besides, everyone knows that firefighters HATE cops. You know, because one lives to help and save people, and the other lives to punish and imprison others. Plus, you know, all the constant unauthorized public torture and executions of minorities. It’s on all media. Don’t pretend it doesn’t exist.
