      Unfortunately nope: https://www.palestinechronicle.com/hamas-disarmament-demand-rejected-as-out-of-the-question/

Or do you have any reason to believe that Hamas will not try this again?

Why the idf who does similar crimes to what hamas did during 7 of october for much much longer time isn’t called to be disarmed?

In what other war have the winners been forced to disarm?

In what other occupation, did the occupied decided to drop their arms and accept being oppresed by the occupiers?

You really think there was ever any possibility of israel letting gaza remain armed? Thats full-on delusional.

But to answer your question, the axis powers in ww2 accepted pretty much exactly that- disarm and let others administer your government.

The occupiers will never let the occupied remained armed and the occupied will never let themselves get disarmed .

The allies never intended to occupy the axis countries forever and plan to replace the population with their so it’s not the same thing. Black South Africa kept fighting for their freedom, slaves kept fighting till they was liberated, all those African countries who get rid of it’s occupiers kept fighting till liberation, India kept fighting for freedom for 200 goddamn year

Who are you with the occupier or the occupied with all it’s imperfection?
