That decision was pure virtue signaling, and this eulogy is also virtue signaling - although in a very different direction. I deem virtue signalling less important than tangible acts of evil inflicted on people who have to live in this world.
Praising the architect of the killer of my family is actually something that matters to some people and virtual signaling/whitewashing these people does have tangible harm. Sorry we don’t mean anything to you and that the millions of people that your country murders in cold blood are just thought experiments. Your ignorance blinds you to the fact that all your politicians are the same. The policy transcends them.

Unless those tangible acts are inflicted by Democrats, then you consider them no big deal
