Game consoles usually become cheaper in the years following their launch. Not so the PlayStation 5, which was launched in November 2020 for $399, but five and a half years later costs $599. This obviously has a drastic effect on sales.

    Make a “nintendo” one (low specs but with quirky stuff), so that devs have to make an effort optimizing games and even make fun games.
