I’m not sure if I know all of the paid cloud features in the current version (and I don’t really want to download it). You can download unlimited maps, which made me switch back in the days.
No Android Auto support unfortunately
No, only the OsmAnd Start cloud features.
It syncs Favourites, Settings and OSM edits/notes
