I think when Sir David Attenborough passes, I’m going to cry in a closet for a week like Moira Rose.
His passing hit me like a ton of bricks. Brought me joy as a kid. Made me laugh with his crassness as a teen/young adult. Saw the goodness in him with his actions outside of media. Still hurts, just not as much with time.
I’ve seen a lot of memes about his passing. This somehow hit me harder.
All the jokes I’ve seen were fine, but this just hurts.
First one that’s choked me up too.
Maybe because of how notable his absence is? Seeing rather than reading/hearing.
