Is she suggesting that people lie on their resumes and that the job acquiring process is a farce?
Importantly suggesting that work life is only a part of our lives and we should not confuse it with our true selves
Wdym… We are a family at work.
Yep, we don’t talk to each other unless we want money.
Huh. I was actually planning on autopiloting for a few decades and then dying behind my desk like my daddy did.
I think it’s more that it’s gamed to the extreme. It’s basically pokemon, and you are the fighting enslaved battle monster. It’s ridiculous even if you don’t lie.
You need higher stats and experience points (years of experience with certain things) and more abilities (buzzwords on your resume) than the others to be worth more, while corporations (pokemon trainers) throw the smallest ball they think will still hold you (compensation packages).
If you don’t lie on your resume, you should!
Not me, I lie on a bed.
Lol 🤣🤣🤣 it’s the secret sleep experts DON’T want you to know
I interpreted it more as “here’s my Manager character” or “here’s my Dev character”
