    It’s bad policy too, it encourages people to go to work while ill, spreading illness along their workmates

      I had a boss that would send you immediately home if you came to work with a visible cold, he would say I rather have one person home now than have the whole office sick in the coming weeks

        Yeah, as a team leader I have sent people home. I don’t want my whole team sick
