It probably wasn’t intended to be, but a lot of the comments are from incels. Like that super real story about the guy’s friend who went to jail supposedly with no evidence against him.

🤨 Stop sealioning. If you believe women are uniquely apart from the other half of humanity in that we’re generally trying to scam them, and not so much the other way around, just admit that. Otherwise, it’s not really worth mentioning and making memes about, is it?

It’s definitely a misogynistic mindset, yeah. Women put on clothes for a variety of reasons like staying warm and avoiding sunburn, and sometimes we also pick clothes we find aesthetically flattering (shockingly men also do this). Calling it “advertising” comes from a perspective that women are necessarily focused only on men, and trying to trick men.

I also struggle to relate to this! My husband says he feels like this a lot, and I’m like, how? you’ve been speaking one language for 3 + decades, that’s plenty of practice lol! But that’s okay. He’ll get there eventually.

I keep seeing people try to rehab the word Incel online as a neutral term and I don’t understand it. It’s come to mean violent misogynist. Blablabla, it was originally coined by a woman, WE KNOW.

If you’re just a guy who isn’t a misogynist and is struggling to find a person to date, you’d say you’re currently single and looking, but it’s tough out there. Something like that. Hell, I doubt even devout terminally online incels actually self-identity as incels to people IRL because they know exactly what that word means to people should they recognize it.

If you’ve ever had to buy and sell a house, it’s a real pain in the ass. If you’re not really sure about a city yet, renting for a year makes more sense than buying, especially if you’re sure you want to stay longer than a hotel would make sense
