I switched from W10 to Fedora KDE a little over a month ago, and the amount of troubleshooting I had to go through during this time is unlike anything I’ve ever faced with Windows. I think I have a handle on things now, but the switch to Linux as a casual user was not as seamless as I’d been told over and over.

Others experience may be different of course, but in my experience Linux is not as easy to use as Windows.

Still happy with my choice to not swap back to Windows though.

Managed to change the washer fluid pump on my old Kia Cee’d. Saved me about 200 €, and it still works 3 months later with no leaks!

I truly do not understand why people don’t simply wait until the kid is old enough to handle frying before travelling with an airplane. My family travelled a lot by train, or sometimes car, then when I was around 7 or 8 years old we took a short flight.

Babies really won’t remember anything of the trip anyway, I really feel that travelling by plane is one of the things that you sacrifice for the first years of having a child. Call me entitled or whatever, but your childs screaming or running around on the plane is absolutely annoying to others.
