Lol, since when do most people have enough choice to decide how your living space looked at this level? I rent so I don’t decide that the door is in front of the cabinet, I get what find in a space. From my understanding of the way the android OS works, alternative OSs can’t really just become there on OSs because the would essentially have to replace the entire Linux kernel that Google currently uses, and no phone manufacturer as far as I know releases the drivers for their peripherals either. The first part I think would in theory be solvable, the latter would take a change in the way the phone ecosystem operates. Realistically for the latter to happen, I think we would essentially have to see certain phone manufacturers pop up who are willing to basically create an open platform with a driver offering and that would have to be the target.

Honestly I hate this take, saying everyone should have a to cover up to me is just was weird as saying one group should have to. There is literally no explanation you can give for this position that isn’t a personal problem you should get over.

The person failed to mention that the guy whose mail box got hit hasn’t been successfully sued, just that a lawsuit had been brought against them. Ultimately the person with the mailbox was not held liable. You can watch a video about it here
