I deleted my first account after the API-calypse and started using Lemmy. Then my cravings came back and I made a 2nd Reddit account, but the ongoing bots/AI bs made me go 100% Lemmy.

I’m also using codium, can you say what the problems with electron apps are? Other than some dependency issues I ran into (but I was on Arch so it was probably my fault), I don’t know about problems with electron.

The effect is probably minimal if it exists at all. If there is any effect, it is probably negligible if you are doing the big things right. Your body is smart, and responds to changes in its environment with an eye towards improved survival and fitness. It is not a simple CICO machine.
