Unfortunately do not use proton, but general consensus about compatibility works just fine without proton. Subdomains, to me, seem like a super easy way to identify someone - I’m going to be the only person using “abc.simplelogin.com”, basically the same as if I was using my real email.
Currently, since no one is talking about Firefox Relay, I’m between either Anonaddy or Simplelogin. They seem pretty similar according to the couple comments here.
Thank you for the feedback!
Duckduckgo has started this too. Very annoying.
Edit: just realised this post was from 3 years ago… I don’t know why this popped up lol.
Garmin is mainly based on quality, with the benefit of privacy. I know many family friends who hike, run, bike, etc and use garmin because it is reliable.
Hope this privacy stuff becomes more common, kind of hate having to modify software or installing custom OSs for my day-to-day stuff.
Not many people care about privacy anymore. I mention it to my family, friends, etc and how they should do certain things online to stay more ‘private’ (not anonymous) and they laugh it off saying they have nothing to hide / don’t care about their stuff being online… Sucks.
A water kettle. Doesn’t have to be any fancy one, but it really fucking rocks for anything you might think of : want hot water for tea? No problem. Need hot water to steep something? No problem.
Most mid-range ones are insanely power efficient too, often being alot better than just boiling water on a stovetop, or using a microwave. And, depending on insulation, heat can be stored for over 6! hours.
