Usually, yes.

I can attest that not/postponing having kids drastically reduces the number of responsibilities. Many of my friends had kids younger and are in drastically different scenarios than I am.

They probably have some “dirt” on Kamala and they’re waiting until the last minute to release it, so they can “but her emails” again.

For me personally, any game in the Super Smash Bros series.

They’ve always been a go-to when hanging out with friends, in their time.

Melee still has a following. Nobody likes brawl because of tripping (among other things i’m sure), but I learned how to mod brawl and added so many custom stages and character skins. Sm4sh was ok, and Ultimate is so complete.

Yeah it’s Nintendo and “it’s always moral to pirate Nintendo games” and there’s plenty to complain about their online services but I’ve played smash so much that every time a new game comes out immediately a must-buy.

I used to love president as a kid, now I play it a lot in clubhouse games on the switch. I know a few friends who play spades.

I had minor issues when I first installed, but I worked them all out.

Install and give it a week. Seven days. If you can’t get it all figured out by then head back to windows. If you can figure it out, you probably won’t go back.

You’re right! My point no longer stands. Removing the disk drive would then save about $100 from the console, which makes sense to remove if you’re cutting costs and most players play digital anyways.

All good points in the comments, but something I haven’t seen a anyone talk about yet:

WHY is a DISK DRIVE $80??? All it does is read a disk. Any encryption on the disk would be decrypted on the console. External disk drives are like $20. If you specially brand them maybe you could go up to $40.

But $80? That’s like a Gameboy Advance. That’s a miyoo mini plus. That’s an entire console in itself.

That’s because in almost every instance, you only need to push the slider 1/3 to 1/2 strength. Seriously.

At max strength your eyes can splay too far apart and it’s uncomfortable.

The heroic launcher is the way to go here. It installs the games in desktop mode and automatically adds them to steam. Compatibility is, for me, the same as if I had installed through steam.

Edit: assumed I was on a steam deck post. On desktop I also use heroic, again, compatibility is great. There’s a checkbox to add to steam automatically if you want.
