    But american prisons generate more profit for the private sector. So who can really say which system is better?

              How are they the product? Okay, apparently some american prisons make you pay for the privilege of being in a cage, but I believe that using ‘forced labor’ (euphemism for slavery) is their main source of $$$.

      The Norwegian justice system is far too lenient. In Norway you can get convicted of murder and be out in just five years and plus those prisons are very expensive to maintain and they all come that the taxpayers expense.

          I would say Russia or maybe Theiland. Those countries really punish criminals so you wouldn’t want to be seen dead doing something illegal in those countries.
