Had a hard time getting my head around the idea that some fats are not only OK, but necessary and good for you. The brain washing goes deep. Also, all y’all are fat as fuck. It’s truly freaky what we kids considered “fat” vs. what people today call “fat”. Pro tip: Exercise won’t drop pounds, but do it anyway! Also, it’s OK, even desirable, to be low-key hungry.
