I grew up an hour south of Memphis and am very familiar with the city. The scale of organized crime in Memphis is incredible and it goes up and down the I-55 corridor. I wish I could find the picture from a few years ago in Memphis where a passenger in a vehicle was leaning out of the window holding a rocket propelled grenade launcher.
