it would require a special diet that you cant get currently.
I really wonder, what makes you say that?
We do have guidelines from authorities about what nutritional values cat food should have and manufacturers usually claim their product follows these guidelines.
Now I’ll give you that - they’ve been shown to be full of shit often - but that’s actually true for both vegan and meat-based formulas. Meat-based even comes with its own set of problems and related health issues, like food containing rotten meat and plastic packaging.
Manufacturers should be put under real scrutiny to make sure their product always contains all the necessary nutrients, vegan or not.
Probably gonna get some hate for this, but you know, there’s no scientific basis to argue that cats cannot thrive on a vegan diet, if all nutritional needs are met. We really don’t have solid data available, but what we have doesn’t allow for that conclusion and while there are caveats which should be considered (urinary acidity, formulated foods not being as nutritionally sound as they claim), it actually may have health benefits, too, much like a vegan diet for humans.

1·1 month agoWell, the issue is that the system where I’m from might make it harder to get SRS if I don’t have a professional who verifies I’ve done everything the proper™ way. I’m anxious and up to terrified of that currently, depending on my mood.

I could easily get on monotherapy levels and wouldn’t need to take blockers. I love the idea of my body down-regulating T on its own.

6·1 month agoAhhhhhhhhh I want the juice so bad, got a bottle in my bathroom already :3.
But I gotta stick to gel for now, because I’ll need a “professional” on board with the switch, so that it doesn’t produce problems down the road.
Awww, well, happy for you nonetheless :>

91·2 months agoPhysically they may be okay, but they’ll probably have a really hard time socializing. The first ten weeks are so important to learn healthy behavior, hopefully there’s other cats in their new home who could become surrogates.
But you’re right, this may still be the best outcome, albeit rough.

I don’t know if a different plushie of that size would’ve hit different. But pillows? Don’t think so, usually not that soft and cuddly.

But then I hugged them at home and oh my gosh, I felt so happy all of a sudden and didn’t wanna let go for minutes. Did not expect this, can’t wait for the next big feels now :3.

If it actually is, maybe, but average sex shop stuff is just run-off-the-mill product with a kinky sticker on it. Depending on material it may be conditioned, but that’s still cheaper to do on your own and also makes it a more personal tool, which I like.
Friction burns come more from bad rope handling than bad quality / material. It’s not supposed to rub over skin continuously (but can be used consciously for the sensation, of course).
